Courtney’s post this
morning at Women Living Well was a real answer to prayer. I’ve been so frustrated this spring because
half my clothes I bought two years ago after losing 50 pounds don’t fit
anymore! I’ve gained 20 pounds back
these last two years and all I can blame it on is my lack of discipline.
Courtney is
starting a 5 week challenge with 5 different disciplines for each week: mind,
body, spirit, work, and time. Week one will be a healthy habit body challenge,
and it could not have come at a more perfect time. Check out her post here
My goal this week
is to track my food. When I originally
lost my weight I was so good about this but when I met goal I got lazy and
quit.
So Wonderfully Complex,
~Kristina
Visiting from WLW! Tracking food can be so tough and sometimes pretty ugly! But we all know it works! I am starting weight watchers, yet again and I will also be tracking my food! You got this girl! Have a great week!
ReplyDeletePopping by to see visit others who are doing the challenge :) Recording food intake is one area I struggle with. Mostly just laziness :~ I do however try to keep a list going in my head but we all know haw that usually ends :D hehe
ReplyDeleteLove the website! Interesting title BTW. I noticed that you say 'complex' like it's a good thing (?!). My psychiatrist told me I had a complex, too. Sadly, I interpreted it with negative connotations. It was gloomy and depressing. I am glad to see that complexes are actually wonderful, invigorating, energetic entities! It's like the sun has begun to shine for me again! Thank you for sharing your complexity! You are an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteTracking food works - it's just no fun lol!!! That's how Weight Watchers has helped me - I was surprised when things I considered healthy like raisins or yogurt counted for 3 points each because of the sugar...it helped me see the food I was eating more correctly...but it's still no walk in the park right? We can do this together! Don't give up!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are joining us!
Lots of Love,
Courtney
Thanks for the incouraging words Courtney. Like you said in the post, its all about discipline. God bless
